Happy Thursday! Genesis is a beautiful book. It reveals Gods plans. His will. His intentions. His plan to save man. Genesis also tells the story of what is to come with Jesus Christ. Abraham is the father of faith. The faith you have is the faith that begin between God and Abraham. God spoke and Abraham believed. The men and women in the bible have the same problems that we experience today. Laban does not like the blessing on Jacob. It’s not a new thing. When God bless you immediately someone or even people close to you will become angry with you. When David gets anointed Saul sees him differently and desires to harm him. Laban stance changes. He originally desires to trick Jacob but God turns his tricks into blessings and Laban does not understand the power of God. I believe this good and evil 😈 striving.
