Happy Monday! Genesis 22 During disagreements sometimes it is easy to see what you think or feel. The goal should be to see the other person’s perspective. How do they feel when you do things that you do. Would you like it if they did that to you. Taking the time to see the other side is maturity. When two people have a disagreement the court will listen to both sides in order to determine judgement. We cannot be one sided people and think that’s righteous. It is foolish. We need the fruit of the spirit which is love, peace and long suffering, we also need to be merciful because we will all need mercy from God. In the passage below the situation was intense but God just wanted to see what he would do. The time had come for the promise. Nothing tells the truth about you like real time events.
