Happy Thursday Perspective: Pharaoh. The pyramid represents status. He sits at the top and the children of Israel are at the bottom. Today: "You are the head and not the tail" "Above and not beneath." Exodus shows a mean old Pharaoh he lacks empathy. He has negative thoughts about the Israelites. He didn't see them as equal to him. He liked ruling over them and we all know it took GOD ALMIGHTY to deliver them from the bondage. Pharaoh thoughts are underline. God reveals what he wants through Moses. The people do not want to fight for deliverance. They just want things to go smooth. 1. God does not speak to unsave people. He always had someone speak to them for him. 2. Pharaoh does not know God. He sees them as numerous and he doesn't want them to hear anything that will change their minds about their condition. Pharaoh punishes the people when Moses challenges him. Pharaoh will make their lives hard but God is greater. And no one is greate...
