We have completed the Book of Romans. It is nice to start something and it feels even greater to finish it.

Secondly Happy Thursday to you.
I have enjoyed reading the book of Joshua, and the book of Romans.  Each time I read it, I learn something new. I love reading because I can discern between right and wrong. I have learned that a lot of people are doing a lot of things that seem right but it's not right. We live in a time, when things are upside down. We desperately want others to do right but we all have fallen short of the glory of God. We all need mercy not just bad people. I'm not into dictating to others but I share my heart.
We have a personal relationship with God. We owe no man nothing.  The bible says God calls us into salvation and no man can judge the ❤️. I don't care what you do in private. It's between you and God.  The bible says God reveals the truth to every believer. God opens the blind eyes. We cannot tell someone else the truth only God can. If we know the truth about them, they may not receive it. God tells us to be merciful and kind to one another. We cannot save people. We can be a witness and we can do good works. We are never called to disrespect believers or non-believers, We are called to forgive, show mercy, and put on acts of kindness.   I met a man and he told me about his unbelieving neighbor. He said the man was a criminal and a rotten animal. And he deals with him because God told him to. He said the man is worth less and he hasn't gotten caught yet. He said the man must be punished and God had given him the rights to do it. I was a little shock at him for saying that.  But,  I thought for a moment, he really believe his thoughts. I thought about  the scriptures that says its the goodness of God that brings man to repentance. I wondered did he know  how God treated criminals. I guess he never reed about the theif on the cross, or the Roman solider ear he healed and those he pray for. So did God really tell this man to mistreat his criminal neighbor. I asked him how long have you mistreated him. He told me 10 years. He laughed  and confess to sending dirty messages. He breaks things in his yard. He hopes God deals with him. He mocks him every chance he gets. He rolls his eyes. I asked him do you think the young man is getting saved any time soon. He said no, not yet. I wanted to say, what you doing isn't working. According to you he still ain't no good. I asked him do you think its possible that the devil is using you. He said no. I been in church all my life. I was raised in the church. I walked away sad. His church life tells him he is right, and sadly he mistreats people. I am not sure that the men even likes him. But he is convinced he must act like this and God is telling him to do it. The Romans soilders call Jesus a criminal and they treated him as such. I am careful to not jump on ship with things people say.   I  bet he would want mercy for his actions. God says be merciful because one day we all will need mercy. What a contradiction.
