Good morning

God is with us.
He was 100 % God
He was 100 % human.
He healed.
He taught.
He had a family.
He laughed.
He ate.
He ate fish.
He travel on boats.
His mother bothered him at wrong times.
He walked on the water.
He forgave sins.
He brought us closer to Father.
He dealt with difficult people.
He encountered good people.
He was betrayed.
He was tempted.
He never sinned.
He became sin.
He told his Peter get behind him.
He healed the woman.
He taught the men.
He is a friend of sinners.
He is still saying follow me.
He showed mercy
He showed compassion.
He raised the dead.
He attended weddings.
He knew his identity.
He did all God told him to.
He feed the hungry.
He prayed.
He traveled.
He came for the sick.

One day every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that he is the Christ.
Jesus of Nazareth

As we get closer to reading about the crucifixion we will see emotions. On the cross he cried out, Father why hast thou forsaken me.

As we read about David he cries out to God it is very informal.

Psalms 44

We have heard it with our ears,
O God;
our ancestors have told us
what you did in their days,
in days long ago.
With your hand you drove out the nations
and planted our ancestors;
you crushed the peoples
  and made our ancestors flourish.

It was not by their sword that they
won the land,
nor did their am bring them victory;
it was your right hand, your arm,
and the light of your face,
for you loved them.

You are my King and my God,
who decrees victories for Jacob
through you we push back our enemies;
through your name we trample our
foes.

I put not trust in my bow,
my sword does not bring me victory;
but you give us victory over our enemies
you put our adversaries to shame.
In God we make our boast all day
long,
and we praise your name forever.
But now you have rejected and
humbled us;
you no longer go out with our armies.

You made us retreat before the enemy,
and our adversaries have
plundered us.
You gave us up to be devoured like
sheep
and have scattered us among the
nations.
You sold your people for a pittance,
gaining nothing from their sale.
You made us a reproach to our
neighbors,
the scorn and derision of those
around us.

You have made us a by word among the nations;
the peoples shake their heads at us,
I live in disgrace all day long,
and my face is covered with shame
at the taunts of those who reproach
and revile me,
because of the enemy, who is bent on
revenge.

All this came upon us,
though we had not forgotten you;
we had not been false to your
covenant.

Our hearts had not turned back;
our feet had not strayed from your path
But you crushed us and made us a
haunt for jackals,
you covered us over with deep
darkness/

If we had forgotten the name of our God
or spread out our hands to a foreign
god,
would not God have discovered it,
since he knows the secrets of the heart?
Yet for your sake we face death all day
long;
we are considered as sheep to be
slaughtered.

Awake, Lord! Why do you sleep?
Rouse yourself! Do not reject us
forever.
Why do you hid your face
and forget our misery and
oppression?

Rise up and help us;
rescue us because of your unfailing love.

Matthew 20
"For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in in the morning to hire workers for his vineyard. He agreed to pay them a denarius for the day and sent them into his vineyard.

About nine in the morning he went and saw others standing in the marketplace doing nothing. He told them, you also go and work in my vineyard, and I will pay you whatever is right. So they went.

He went out again about noon and about three in the afternoon and did the same thing. About five in the afternoon he went out and found still others standing around. He asked them, Why have you been standing here all day long doing nothing?

Because no one has hired us, they answered.

He said to them, you also go and work in my vineyard.

When evening came, the owner of the vineyard said to his foreman. Call the workers and pay them their wages, begin with the last ones hired and going on to the first.

The workers who were hired about five in the afternoon came and each received a denarius. SO when those came who were hired first, they expected to receive more. But each one of them also receive one denarius. When they received it, they begin to grumble against the landowner. these who were hired last worked only one hour, they said, and you have made them equal to us who have borne the burden of the work and the heat of the day.

But he answered one of them, I am not being unfair to you, friend. Didn't you agree to work for a denarius? take your pay and go. I want to give the one who was hired last the same as I gave to you. Don't I have the right to do what I want with my own money? Or are you envious because I am generous?

So the last will be first, and the first will be last.

 Now Jesus was going up to Jerusalem. On the way, he took the twelve aside and said to them, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the son of man will be delivered over to the chief priests and the teachers of the law. they will condemn him to death and will hand him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and flogged and crucified. On the third day He will be raised to life!

Then the mother of Zebedee's sons came to Jesus with her sons and, kneeling down, asked a favor of him.

What is it you want? He asked.

She said, Grant that one of these two sons of mine may sit at your right and the other at your left in your Kingdom.

You don't know what you are asking, Jesus said to them.
Can you drink the cup I am going to drink?

We can, they answered.

Jesus said to them, You will indeed drink from my cup, but to sit at my right or left is not for me to grant. These places belong to those for whom they have been prepared by my Father.

When the ten heard about this, they were indignant with the two brothers. Jesus called them together and said,

You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them. Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave--just as the son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.

As Jesus and his disciples were leaving Jericho, a large crowd followed him. Two blind men were sitting by the roadside, and when they heard that Jesus was going by, they shouted, Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!

The crowd rebuked them and told them to be quiet, but they shouted all the louder, Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!

Jesus stopped and called them. "What do you want me to do for you? he asked.

Lord, they answered, we want our sight.

Jesus had compassion on them and touched their eyes. Immediately they received their sight and followed him.

(the Lord didn't even have to ask them to follow him, he did something great for them, they knew he was God and they followed him) Awesome!!!

Life is like a vapor
Tomorrow is not promised.
Especially in times like these.
Remember who holds tomorrow.
Have the faith.
I pray that you love harder.
Enjoy each day despite the darkness.
Forgive your greatest enemy he or she is not worth going to hell over.
Time waits for no one.
Have mercy.
Have compassion.
Love deeper.

Have a awesome day!
