Winning with God
WINNING!
THE WINNING SOUL
New International Version
What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul?
Winning with God means keeping your soul according to his word.

- not selling your soul for material gain
- keeping the faith even when its hard

- New car
- money
- status
There is nothing wrong with wealth and riches; however wealth, riches, and money is not a sign that God is giving you victory. Lots of wealthy do not know God; but how great it is to have wealth, riches, and God. It is hard but I believe it is possible. Money is not a sign or wonder concerning salvation. But no one wants to follow a poor man but we desire to follow people with money. But I encourage you to join me to look at the man and not at whats around him. Many people are being deceived by riches. It is to your discernment to see the man for who he is and not what he has.
Victory in God
1 Corinthians 15:57 NIV
But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
The real path to victory is through Christ Jesus. It may look different for different people. But he has an individual plan for every person.
My path to victory may not be like yours.
Your path may be different than mine.
If our sin and struggles are different surely our path to victory is different as well.
I hope this blog brings your peace today!
You can be as poor as it gets but winning with God and you can be as rich as any king in his kingdom and be a complete loser with God!

Luke 16:19-31 New International Version (NIV)
The Rich Man and Lazarus
19 “There was a rich man who was dressed in purple and fine linen and lived in luxury every day. 20 At his gate was laid a beggar named Lazarus, covered with sores 21 and longing to eat what fell from the rich man’s table. Even the dogs came and licked his sores.
22 “The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried. 23 In Hades, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. 24 So he called to him, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.’
25 “But Abraham replied, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony. 26 And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been set in place, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us.’
27 “He answered, ‘Then I beg you, father, send Lazarus to my family, 28 for I have five brothers. Let him warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.’
29 “Abraham replied, ‘They have Moses and the Prophets; let them listen to them.’
30 “‘No, father Abraham,’ he said, ‘but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.’
31 “He said to him, ‘If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.’”
For the next coming year we are doing a bible study 2020
We are not here to teach you the bible but we are here to join together with others who share a passion and love for the word of God.
- Goal 1 Read the bible daily
- goal 2 look up some terms
- learn about the cultures and society
- To simply seek God and learn more
- It will be one chapter per day.
- To go through 2020 with a goal is like having an arrow pointed in the direction in which you desire to go.
