Forgiveness

Father forgive us; as we forgive others.

It is freedom. 

I am not sure if you will agree with this, but when we refuse to forgive it is because we want to punish the person. We want them to pay. Or we want to control the situation. Good or bad people need to make their own choices and decisions. 

What does forgiveness look like? Please add yours at the bottom if you like.

1. We stop bringing it up. 

2. We stop reminding the person of it.

3. We stop talking about it. What happen is one moment in life. 

4. Set your boundaries with that person. Sometimes it means you can be friends again but sometimes the other person is the problem. If it can't be a healthy relationship, then move on.

5. Don't speak bad about them.

6. You truly want to see them happy. 

7. You can sincerely see them doing good without being angry or upset.
