THE BIBLE

I have a favorite book
Do you have one?
It is amazing.
It is filled with amazing wisdom, diction, voice, and hope.

Why do we toil? Why do we labor? Why do we strive so hard?
Everyone wants to have a great life!

King Solomon sought to know what makes a great life?

Whom shall we listen to? Does it depend on your goals. Do you want to be rich never experiencing lack? It is about being a poor beggar? A man stated to his friends, "never let a naked man sell you clothes."

That man and his friends may want to avoid the book of John, because it is about the fore runner of Christ, John the Baptist. He wore the strangest clothes. In today's world we want to listen to people who have great success but when it comes to being righteous only one person can tell you about how to get to heaven (Jesus). The rich can tell you how to be rich but if you want to go to heaven you need to listen to the Lord. The bible is filled with wonderful stories. His words are able to attract people from all over the world. Why do you think God brought his son into the world though a normal family?

I think he wanted to attract everyone.
He wants the rich and the poor.
He is able to relate to all people.

THE BIBLE HAS GREAT WORDS FROM A MAN THAT OWNS EVERYTHING. IF YOU LIKE THE RICH CELEBRITIES YOU WILL LOVE JESUS BECAUSE IT ALL BELONGS TO HIM. HE CAN BUILD UP. HE CAN TEAR DOWN. HE IS WORTHY TO BE LISTENED TO. WE LISTEN TO THE RADIO; WE WATCH TV; AND LISTEN TO THOSE WHO HAVE NATURAL WEALTH BUT WHAT ABOUT HEAVENLY WEALTH. WHAT ABOUT BEING RICH IN RIGHTEOUSNESS. RICH IN KIND WORDS. RICH IN LOVE. RICH IN GIVING. RICH IN TREATING ALL PEOPLE THE SAME. RICH IN BEING NICE.  THEN RICH IN DIAMONDS AND GOLD. WHICH IS MORE IMPORTANT.

"The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure hidden in the field, which a man found and hid again; and from joy over it, he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field. "Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking fine pearls, and upon finding one pearl of great value, he went and sold all that he had and bought it.

Thus says the LORD, "Let not a wise man boast of his wisdom, and let not the mighty man boast of his might, let not a rich man boast of his riches; but let him who boasts boast of this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the LORD who exercises loving kindness, justice and righteousness on earth; for I delight in these things," declares the LORD.
