People Are Like Trees

A beautiful parable that describes Gods word falling among people.

Its nice to know good things can still be produce. 

We hear good words. We respond. We produce. 

We hear bad words. We respond. We produce.

"People are like Trees"

One of my favorite parables to read and remember all good things come from above. 

"A farmer went out to plant some seed. As he scattered the seeds, some fell along the foot path, and the birds came and ate them up. Others feel fell among the shallow soil along side underlying rocks, and plants sprang up quickly but they soon wilted beneath the hot sun because they had no roots and nourishment in the shallow soil. Other seeds fell among thorns, the plants sprang up but the thorns choked out the tender blades. But some seeds fell among good ground producing crop, some thirty, some sixty, and some an hundred times as much as had been planted" (Bible).

"Out of the ground the Lord God caused to grow every tree that is pleasing to the sight and good for food. The tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil."

"Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly nor standeth in the way of sinners but his delight is in the law of God and in his law does he mediate day and night. His leaf shall not wither and what so ever he does shall prosper. But the ungodly are not so but they are like the chaff which the wind drives away."
