Happy Tuesday,

I hope that all is well with you. It is so much happening. I pray for God to keep us in the midst of it. The world is something else (no words to explain). I am completing the book of Joshua today. It has about four more chapters.

CHAPTER 20
This chapter deals with murder. Not intentional murder but when it happens by accident or in the heat of the moment. I think that so many people in jail feel left behind but God is not foreign or unaware of our problems with each other. He is the judge of mankind and he sees it before it happens. In this chapter he has solutions to problems. Reading the bible is helpful because we know what God desires to happen.
1The Lord also spake unto Joshua, saying,
Speak to the children of Israel, saying, Appoint out for you cities of refuge, whereof I spake unto you by the hand of Moses:
That the slayer that killeth any person unawares and unwittingly may flee thither: and they shall be your refuge from the avenger of blood.
And when he that doth flee unto one of those cities shall stand at the entering of the gate of the city, and shall declare his cause in the ears of the elders of that city, they shall take him into the city unto them, and give him a place, that he may dwell among them.
And if the avenger of blood pursue after him, then they shall not deliver the slayer up into his hand; because he smote his neighbour unwittingly, and hated him not beforetime.
And he shall dwell in that city, until he stand before the congregation for judgment, and until the death of the high priest that shall be in those days: then shall the slayer return, and come unto his own city, and unto his own house, unto the city from whence he fled.
And they appointed Kedesh in Galilee in mount Naphtali, and Shechem in mount Ephraim, and Kirjatharba, which is Hebron, in the mountain of Judah.
And on the other side Jordan by Jericho eastward, they assigned Bezer in the wilderness upon the plain out of the tribe of Reuben, and Ramoth in Gilead out of the tribe of Gad, and Golan in Bashan out of the tribe of Manasseh.
These were the cities appointed for all the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them, that whosoever killeth any person at unawares might flee thither, and not die by the hand of the avenger of blood, until he stood before the congregation.

If you would like to read ahead; I am heading to the book of Romans after Joshua.
I am looking forward to it.
We are going learn about the Romans.
The times of the book of Romans.
Warning: It is a fully loaded book against sin and things God does not like. If you are a person who reads the bible and get upset or run away because it is too much to handle or you feel like you are so unworthy its okay. I am telling you the book of Romans convicts everyone. You will be guilty of at least four things. It will be very hard core. It is talking about suppressing truth and other ungodly acts. I am not in a position where I am free from all my issues but I like to read it because I can hold my life up against it. So as I read I am learning. I am experiencing convictions but God does the changing.

Something Great to remember today.......

PSALMS 1
Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he mediates day and night. He is like a tree planted by the streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers. The wicked are not so, but are like the chaff that the wind drives away. Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgement, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous; for the Lord knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish.
