Hello Thursday!

Psalms 134

A Song of Ascents.

Praise the Lord, all you servants of the Lord

who minister by night in the 

house of the Lord. 

Lift up your hands in the sanctuary

and praise the Lord.

May the Lord bless you from Zion, 

he who is the Maker of heaven and earth.

Acts 4 32-36

The believers Share their Possessions

All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that nay of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had, with great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And God''s grace was so powerfully  at work in them all that there were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned land or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales and put it at the apostles feet, and it was distributed to anyone who had a need. 

Jospeh, a Levite from Cyprus, whom the apostles called Barnabas (which means son of encouragement) sold a field he owned and brought the money and put it at the apostles feet. 

I love this book

1. It is filled with the Acts of God
2. It is filled with the Acts of the believers
3. It is filled with the Acts of the Apostles.
4. I love their fellowship and support of each other. It just tells me they were unified and sincere in heart. Of course nothing is perfect but thus far in the book they are striving for the same goals.
