Social Laws of Justice and Mercy

• Do not deny justice to your poor people in the lawsuits.
• Have  nothing to do with a false charge and do not put an innocent person to death, for I will not acquit the guilty.
• Do not accept a bride, for a bride blinds those who see and twists the words of the righteous.

A lot of people say that the Pharisees and Sadducees were law keepers. As you read through these laws of justice and mercy they broke many social laws. Matter of fact as you read these laws we see that God always desires for man to treat man kind; when it comes to judgements and punishments those things belong to God. We can never judge one another on the basis of the law because none of us is able to keep it. It would be like the black pot calling the kettle black. 

• Do not oppress an alien, you yourselves know how it feels to be aliens, because you were aliens in Egypt.
