God with Us

Happy Thursday

A long time ago I loved and claimed the name favorable publishing and building up publishing because I wanted to use words to build others up. Words favorable to the soul. That was my simple goal. Provide good thoughts to think throughout the day. We all know people who speak evil 24/7. It seems like it is their job but I wonder what the pay is. But I wanted to create a space where there is good words. sometimes you need something or someone to build you up.

When I think  of good words there is nothing greater than the word of God. Pure and unadulterated.

Some people use God's words but its tainted. Or its coated and loaded with things that it should not be. It becomes more of a burden than a blessing. When the word of God is pure and unadulterated (mixed with meanness) it builds people up.

I have to protect the purity of my words. People sometimes control or influence our words and we should remain true to truth.  No outside source pays me or controls me and I wanted to create this space with sincere, positive, uplifting words.

Psalms 20

For the director of music. A psalm of David.

May the LORD answer you when you are in distress; may the name of the God of Jacob protect you. May he send you help from the sanctuary and grant you support from Zion.  May he remember all your sacrifices and accept your burnt offerings.  May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed.  May we shout for joy over your victory and lift up our banners in the name of our God. May the LORD grant all your requests. Now this I know: The LORD gives victory to his anointed. He answers him from his heavenly sanctuary with the victorious power of his right hand.  Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God.  They are brought to their knees and fall, but we rise up and stand firm.  LORD, give victory to the king! Answer us when we call!

He hears us when pray to him.

How can hear unless he stays near to us.

It may have been some time since you called on him but he will hear you when call on him.

Matthew 11

He May not do everything the way we think he should do it.

And it came to pass, when Jesus had made an end of commanding his twelve disciples, he departed thence to teach and preach in their cities.

Now when John had heard in the prison the words of Christ, He sent two of his disciples,

And said unto them, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another?

Jesus answered him, Go and shew John again those things which you do hear and see:

The blind receive their sight

The lame walks

the lepers are cleansed

the deaf hear

the dead are raised

the poor have the gospel preached to them

and blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.
