God is Good.
Merry Christmas
Happy New Year!
Happy Tuesday!
God has not called anyone to be yoke to people that dont serve him. He even tells us not to be unequally yoke. Sometimes as the relationship begins we discover that there is unequal beliefs. What happens? You can't get along with the person. If the person leaves the bible says let them depart. To be yoke with them is going to be an issue. I've had relationships that just don't work. It is not to say this one is right or wrong. Or he is such a nice person. Or she is such a nice person. It is their beliefs. How can two walk together unless they agree. How can two live together and one thinks lower of the other. One thinks bad. Of course you dont leave but if they leave. Let them depart. I believe rejection is the final thing. After you hurt one another as much as you could then comes rejection. Then let them go. If you can't agree you can't be....and you can't be yoked. Let us mate, embrace, and befriend those that share our thoughts, beliefs, as well as love God.
1. No matter how much you love some you deserve peace.
2 Corinthians 6:14 - Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
Deuteronomy 7:3-4 - Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son.
2 Timothy 3:5 - Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
2 Corinthians 6:15-17 - And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
Deuteronomy 7:1-6 - When the LORD thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou;
2 Corinthians 6:14-17 - Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
Matthew 7:16-20 - Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
1 Corinthians 7:12-14 - But to the rest speak I, not the Lord: If any brother hath a wife that believeth not, and she be pleased to dwell with him, let him not put her away.
1 Corinthians 7:15 - But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace.
Have a great day!
