Forgiveness and words

Happy Tuesday!

Forgiving someone for something evil they said about you is a hard thing to do. 

Forgetting the words is a hard thing to do. How do you do it? God knows the way. 

If we forgive someone who slander or hurt you with their words is freeing. But it takes God. He has to help one think 🤔 differently. 

But if Jesus himself was talked we can expect those who lack love to speak bad about us. It is just they way of man. It is what people do and have been doing for decades. The Pharisees called Jesus so many names and accused him of many things. But the Lord went on doing good despite what they said. I bet he forgave them DAILY. More than one time. Every time the rumor or accusation arose. He had to forgive, forget, and keep going. It is a DAILY thing. Sometimes hourly thing if needed. 

We must do the same. We must also build others up with our words and always forgive those who desire to tear down.  ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘 ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘 ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘 ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘 ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘 ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 

The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences. Our words have the power to build people up and give them life or tear people down and bring them death. The words we speak can inspire and encourage others while, in the same sentence, deflate and discourage.
