 Words

Happy Friday!

I hope your weekend is restful. I hope you have a beautiful fellowship on Sunday with other believers. If you have a great church tell others. Some people share bible studies via Facebook on Sunday.  Whatever you do may it be refreshing and uplifting.

FOLLOW THE LEADER

David had many enemies. It's not hard to figure out why. I believe he wanted justice. He loved righteousness. People who love darkness and craziness will always dislike those who desire better. They seek to sabotage and hurt others. The king was not a perfect man but he loved God. We see it in his words and actions. The book of Psalms reflect actual events. If we look back in time to the United States Martin Luther King preached a loved message and he gained lots of enemies. Sometimes it's so extreme people who love darkness will plot to kill the messenger. They hate what you stand for. Jesus Christ came with love, grace, and righteousness and there was a plot to kill him. Righteous people desire what is right. The wicked plan evil. What's the greatest take away? David desire and practice righteousness. He surrounded himself with people who wanted righteous outcomes and because of that God blessed him with Land. He gave him resources. He made him a leader because he wanted others to follow him. So the people in the land would follow the leader.

Follow the leader. The one God bless because they are people who desire righteousness. Dont worry we will know them by their fruit.

It's always a person with a great heart.

Strength to be different.

Courage to try something different.

Psalm 108

King James Version

108 O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.

2 Awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early.

3 I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people: and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations.

4 For thy mercy is great above the heavens: and thy truth reacheth unto the clouds.

5 Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: and thy glory above all the earth;

6 That thy beloved may be delivered: save with thy right hand, and answer me.

7 God hath spoken in his holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.

8 Gilead is mine; Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the strength of mine head; Judah is my lawgiver;

9 Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe; over Philistia will I triumph.

10 Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom?

11 Wilt not thou, O God, who hast cast us off? and wilt not thou, O God, go forth with our hosts?

12 Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man.

13 Through God we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our enemies.

Have a great day!
