The Death of Jacob

Joseph's Father death caused mourning in the camp for seventy days. Before he died he give instructions for Joseph to bury him with his Fathers in the cave located in the field of Ephron the Hittite. 

"When Joseph's brothers saw that their Father was dead, they said, " What if Joseph holds a grudge against us and pays us back for all the wrongs we did to him? Once again they ask Joseph to forgive their sins against him. Joseph reassures them. 

Some wrongs are really tough. Joseph lost time with his family and he was sold into slavery. There relationship probably was not the same. Trust is hard and when its severe it leaves an empty hole between people.
